How does segment pricing work?
When you sign up, we detect your organization type from your email domain. Congressional offices (.gov), nonprofits (.org), and educational institutions (.edu) automatically receive reduced rates. No coupon codes or sales calls needed.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Free users: your plan credits reset monthly, and your signup bonus never expires. Paid users can enable extra usage credits that auto-reload when low - you set the spending cap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep access through the end of what you've paid for.
